Always Home Application

The Lionel’s Legacy Always HOME program provides a loving home for life when pet owners are no longer able to. We prioritize applications based on a person’s age, medical needs, capacity for care, and in some cases when a pet owner has passed and there is no next of kin to help. As we are NOT a shelter we do not accept request for emergency placement. Placement consideration is based on proximity to San Diego county, a complete and detailed application, evaluation  and suitability for placement, a placement donation of up to $750(minimum of $250), and availability of foster families. ***DUE TO A HIGH VOLUME OF APPLICATIONS WE ARE UNABLE TO HELP EVERYONE AT THIS TIME.***
